Third Degree Catering is a chef-owned and operated catering company based in Orange County, California. A native to California, Chef Shane Burns has been cooking since he could walk, and professionally for the last 12 years. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago, Chef Shane returned to Southern California where he has further developed his skills in notable fine dining restaurants throughout the region.
